Summary: We asked for washcloths and an additional hand towel and did not get a response from staff. We were given two towels one hand towel. Bed was squeaky and uncomfortable. No extra blankets. No housekeeping. There was a sink to wash dishes but no sponge or kitchen towel. Road noise was horrible. Windows did not lock we had bars to put in the windows. No coffee pot but there was a French press. On the last day there was no internet. We did not reach out to staff because they never answered about the towels. Would not stay there again.

Summary: The room looked great but there was no heat working in the room. It was in the 40s when we got there and we were not able to stay the night. After calling the number on the out side door sand leavening a message and sending a message through the hotels.com app with no response we left for another hotel. Our refund was denied.

Summary: The room itself was perfect. Very small but perfect for my husband and I. Queen size bed and a large bathroom with soaking tub. We stayed for 5 nights and had to call for towels, toilet paper and for the trash to be emptied. We never saw a maid or hotel staff. There was not a hotel office. Everything was electronic. Check-in and check out. The hotel looks shady from the outside but our room was quite nice. The rooms did not have a refrigerator but there was a community fridge in the walkway. The hot tub didn’t have water in it. No dressers in the rooms.

Summary: Hot tub was not filled with water, which was disappointing. You could hear noise from the rooms around you, phone conversations, etc..
