5 Bedroom House in Torquay, Torquay Surfcoast

At just over an hour out of Melbourne, it's the perfect weekend or holiday retreat.
Fully renovated, 5 bedroom plus 3.5 bathroom home within the heart of old Torquay. Walking distance to beaches, parks, cafes, restaurants, supermarkets and surf shops. Located on a 1200m2 block it offers lots of privacy and security. Our place is great for families (with kids), big groups, and furry friends (pets outside only).
We have put many hours and much loving care into turning this house into a home, which we now enjoy sharing with others. In 2022 we fully re-landscaped the property, adding new outdoor entertainment and BBQ areas, a solar heated concrete-pool & spa, as well as a pool-house, fire-pit area and netball circle.
We would like our guests to enjoy the property just as much as we do. So we take special care and pride in maintaining and presenting the house to guests in immaculate condition every time. We have gone the extra-mile to provide not only all the comforts of home, but extras such as games, and entertainment.

Summary: My friends and I take a weekend away together every year before Christmas. As the number of partners has grown it was amazing to find a nice place to stay with a large number of queen beds.The house was stunning, very clean, huge and had an amazing yard and the kitchen was refreshingly well-stocked with utensils, plates, cookware etc. The pool area was great and the whole place was so nice that we barely ever left even though we were a stones through from the beach.Thank you for having us!

Summary: We had the best weekend in Torquay, house is fantastic everything you need in the large kitchen, plenty if toilets and showers, lovely renovated home. Pool and spa fantastic, spent a lot of time in the pool house area relaxing. Thanks Marco for the early check in that was great. Location is perfect 5 minutes to beach and town centre. We will be back for sure. Loved our stay.

Summary: Wow we were so blown away by this beautiful property. Extremely comfortable and luxurious stay , the heated spa was a hit with the adults and the kids! The hosts were incredibly responsive and very helpful. The property is on one of the best locations in Torquay - walking distance to the beach, cafes, shops and surf outlets! We thought we’d be spending all of our time outside of the house but the house was so Amazing we spent each afternoon by the pool and each evening playing games (excellent games cupboard!) We really look forward to staying here again soon.

Summary: This place has it all, and more! We were looking for the ideal house for a low key 40th birthday celebration for my wife and this house ticked all the boxes. All 5 bedrooms were spacious and there were plenty of bathrooms for 10 adults and a couple of babies under 12 months. Highly recommend for any weekend away especially because of the heated spa and pool, and lovely yard space. Was also walking distance to all the shops, cafes and restaurants we were keen to check out. Would definitely stay again!!

Summary: Great house, large kitchen and dining great space to sit with family, pool area excellent location, walking distance to beach, shops, restaurants. 3 room downstairs quite small and compact, no ensuites but it worked quite well for our party of 9 as 3 separate showers. Would definitely stay again

Summary: We had the best stay, the house was beautiful, immaculate, inviting and had everything you needed even down to shampoo and conditioner! We spend a lot of time in the heated pool and spa during the day then relaxed on the big couch all together watching a movie. Such a relaxing and fun girls get away and will be back! Marco and Natalia are amazing hosts, great with communication and very accommodating, we will definitely be back soon!
