Lovely, clean, modern, newly updated garden suite tucked inside a Historic Fort Collins Home built in 1924. This suite is filled with luxury which shows itself in the custom cabinets, quartzite counters, oversized windows, plank flooring, and all brand-new appliances. The living area is bathed in natural light and includes a new Smart 75” flat screen TV with Barco LED and high resolution.
Upon arrival your suite will have fresh organic eggs and homemade scones or freshly baked high protein whole wheat bread. The host has traveled Ireland extensively and wants to welcome you with the hospitality of a Bed and Breakfast appeal all located in the epicenter of walking convenience to Old Town Fort Collins.
Enjoy nearby restaurants such as Nicks, Café Vino, or speakeasys such as Social and Ace Gillett’s which are all interspersed among boutique shopping venues. This is a great place to stay for CSU fans and parents; just blocks away from Canvas Stadium this lovely suite has been host to many CSU parents visiting for Homecoming, Parent’s weekend, and/or CSU Football Games.
Walking distance to UCHealth Hospital(s), CSU, and Old Town Fort Collins. Explore the many bike trails, hiking paths, yoga studios, stores, breweries, and extensive dining venues, in addition to the gorgeous 1-hour drive to a Rocky Mountain High.

Summary: The house was easy to find and the directions for check in were clear. We met the host and she was so kind and welcoming. The space was clean and absolutely adorable. The location was perfect - we were so close to downtown and the main streets, it was easy to get around. We very much enjoyed our stay!

Summary: Nice quiet location close to old town. The upstairs is occupied and the basement is rented out. The access is on the side of the house not the street address. We got in late and that was an area of confusion. Also you have to pay for on the street parking.

Summary: Beautifully maintained gardens surround the property. The rental is in the basement of a home which isn’t a big deal except the transom above the door to the apartment is open therefore you hear a lot of noise from the upstairs owner and dog. It wasn’t a big deal and didn’t keep us up at night. The home was so clean, bright and comfy with lots of nice touches. We didn’t spend a ton of time in it during our three night stay and didn’t cook. We appreciated the fresh eggs provided and banana bread arrived on our last night. One thing that bothered us is that all of the mirrors were hung so low. I’m 5’9 and my husband is 6’5 and we would both have to fully squat to do our hair in the bathroom. One of the bedrooms also has a mirror but again, it was so low that you can’t even see your face. We loved the quiet location that was very close to everything we needed to do to move our daughter into her dorm at CSU.
