Positive: It's close to Old town. Parking is very inconvenient, there is no coffee or tea in the accommodation, and the coffee pot is not working. The host does not respond even if I contacts. It was very difficult to move my luggage because it was on the third floor without a elevator.

Positive: Perfect apartment: super clean, with everything you might need for your stay. The host was very kind and helpful. The apartment is also very close to the city center, with all the main attractions within walking distance.

Negative: The only minor downside was that it could get a bit noisy on weekends due to a bar on the same street. However, the hosts were so thoughtful - they even provided earplugs, which we really appreciated.

Positive: Great location. We could walk to find groceries and to many of the Xmas markets. Kitchen was stocked with all essentials to be able to prepare our own meals. Lots of space in the apartment and a super comfortable bed. Check in instructions were easy to follow.

Negative: There was nothing that I didn't like. Wish I could have stayed for longer

Positive: Our host welcomed us when we arrived. She was warm, helpful and friendly.

Negative: We had minor problem with the Wifi but host fixed it. The carpark entrance is a bit narrow.

Positive: In flat was fully everything, what You could possibly need during shorter or longer stay there. Nice spacious rooms, kitchen with lot of stuff. All spotless clean, warm all rooms, comfortable bed, Perfect instructions, how to get in. When I read instruction, just need to follow steps. Flat is made with style and love. Flat is in center of Graz, really close to historical centre.

Negative: Only issue was some club close to flat, those guys was noisy, but owner provided ear plugs, what helped enough.
