Positive: Very spacious apartment, good area, near train, supermarket close. We used the train, however the center is within walking distance (15-20mins).
Negative: The wifi was poor. it was only strong by the front entrance, not posible to use for streaming in the main bedroom. The apartment, although very clean, needs some maintenance. The bathroom mirror was falling off the wall. The from door handle was held on by duck-tape.
Summary: Good place at a reasonable price, needs some maintence and a wifi upgrade

Positive: Renovated apartment on the ground floor of a tenement building. The building itself has also been renovated, and entry to the building and apartment is via a code (convenient, as no keys are required). Clean, tidy, peaceful, and quiet. The rooms are large. The rooms had an older air conditioning system, but it worked and cooled the rooms. It was pleasantly cool. The windows have blinds. The bathroom is large and has a large shower. The location is excellent. It's a 5-minute walk to the Danube Valley, where there are numerous restaurants, bars, and green spaces. It's a 20-minute walk to Vienna city center. It's a 10-minute walk to the market, where you can buy fresh fruit and vegetables. There's also a pizzeria, restaurant, and pharmacy. There's a SPAR supermarket nearby. We managed to park our car on the street next to the building, but there's a paid underground parking lot 10 minutes away.
Negative: The property informed us about the additional fee for the dog, but didn't charge us. Many people travel with pets these days, so not having a pet fee is a big plus.
Summary: If there will be an opportunity, I will use it again.

Positive: Apartment in a great location, it felt very welcoming when we arrived. Also liked the fact there was no key so guests could come and go independently.
Negative: We felt the hairdryer got very hot during use, almost to the point of being dangerous. The lighting in the bathroom could be improved, also the shower base was very slippery when in use. And lastly a toaster might be an adition to consider.

Positive: The apartament is exactly what we needed, and really fair to the description. It’s literally two min away from the metro station which makes the location very convenient, surrounded with nice coffee shops and restos. The host was incredibly nice and helpful, she allowed us to do an early check-in, and was very patient to our requests. We definitely recommend it!
