Positive: The location is excellent — walking distance from Znojmo’s center. The building is beautiful, modern and clean. The room was well furnished with new, stylish furniture. The breakfast was a highlight: very complete and fresh, and the staff serving it were warm and friendly.

Negative: The room I stayed in was extremely small and located at the top of the tower — which meant climbing 5 flights of stairs with no elevator. There is no reception, no air conditioning, no daily room cleaning (even when requested), and no information available anywhere about breakfast times or where to leave the key at checkout. The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were too flat to provide any support.

Summary: A beautiful and well-located hotel with potential, but lacking in comfort, communication, and basic services.

Positive: Aparments are new in a good location.

Negative: The facilities in the room were very basic. It was new and clean appartment, but price was high enough to have some extra things in the room, which suits the category. There was no electric kettle in the room, no curtains, so there was light in the morning. Only soap, no body cream or shampoo. The sleeping on the sofa was very uncomfortable, although there were two kids sleeping, it was not for two people. Also breakfast was very very simple (all from lidl). Basic pastry, one day was bacon, next day even no bacon. You could feel that they are saving, wherever possible. So price quality ratio is not that good.
