Positive: Short drive from where we needed in Cape Cod. Breakfast. Comfortable bed. Great wifi.

Negative: Dirty floor. Felt as if the room wasn't cleaned properly.

Positive: Very clean, quiet at night. Nice backyard. The staff is just super! Location is comfortable. The Mid-Cape Highway is a 2-minute drive away. Nauset Beach is a 5–7-minute drive away. There are many cafes, restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance. The Brewster Arts Center is a 5-minute drive away. Comfortable beds. Cleanest linens.

Negative: There is no microwave in the room. Very old chairs on the back porch. The neighbors talk loudly under our windows morning and evening. Listening to their conversations is uninteresting.

Summary: We stayed at this hotel twice. It's the best place for a short stay in Orleans.

Positive: We really enjoyed the modernization of the room. The flooring and decor was incredibly updated. There was also always a great smell when you walked in! We didn't utilize the pool but loved that there was one. The complimentary breakfast was a lovely addition!

Negative: The bed was a little uncomfortable and the floors could have used a good mopping. Walking around in our socks resulted in dirty bottoms. This is being nitpicky as we really did enjoy our stay!

Summary: Cozy, modern, and a GREAT affordable motel!
