Positive: The staff were extremely accommodating and friendly at every need.

Negative: It is very remote so there are no other nearby places to eat or a grocery store. Prepare to just eat all meals at the hotel or fluvial food trucks. Or make sure to drive your own car to head into town. We did not research that beforehand but the hotel provided everything we ultimately needed.

Summary: Beautiful property on the fluvial.great hiking all around. Cant say more about how positive the staff were to us! Great

Positive: Staff, River beach very close to hotel. Someone called us to tell us we could check in earlier and made sure the room was ready, this was very thoughtful.

Negative: Didn't realize our room didn't have a fridge or even a kettle. I suggest getting at least the latter so families can boil water to make their babies' milk.

Positive: The host ws very friendly and gave muchos information about our stay and the facilities. The room was spacious and had a lovely view. We had a breathtaking sunset and moonrise. We had diner at the restaurant. Everything was homemade and there was special attention forcthe children. We Will certainly come back.

Negative: That we did't know this hotel earlier.
