Positive: Our hosts were very welcoming and attentive. Mr.Sabu took the time to show us the local Chinese fishingnet spot down there road and also suggested other sightseeing activities. The breakfast was nicely prepared with Kerala dishes which we really enjoyed. We also got a special supper treat; ada and battered fried bananas. Thank you to all of your lovely family.

Negative: The description of the property did not live up to what we experienced at the property. The bed in our bedroom consisted out of a double bed with a worn out mattress with a hard single bed attached to it. We slept very poorly. The fully equipped kitchen did not exist. No cooking space; we had to ask for a kettle. On our second night at 4:30 am a different family of 6 arrived and they drank coffee and tea just outside our bedroom in our apartment which we were supposed to have to ourselves! The properties setting was rather suburban and nothing like a village setting. We enjoyed the balcony but no Terrasse as per property description

Positive: It was a wonderful stay, the area is so pleasant & it was as described in the photos. Mr. Sabu has helped us with booking the activities & provided us with multiple breakfast options.

Positive: Incredible. The owner is an extremely likeable person and the homely experience and general hospitality by the entire family was commendable. Truly wish to come back again and again.

Negative: The food was average. The facilities were extremely poor for the price. The shower had no hot water, the bathroom was horrible, the shower was next to the toilet, and it was extremely inconvenient to take a bath. My room didn't have a water heater. The road was loud and too far from everything.

Positive: The place was spotless in all areas, bedrooms, bathrooms and dining. Linen was all fresh and clean. The hosts are amazing people and couldn’t have done more for us. Air conditioning in the bedrooms was a bonus. Independent entrance to the first floor.

Negative: On Booking.com the location of the property on the map is incorrect which showed the property overlooking the beach which was something my family and I really loved. However, this was not the case. This was through no fault of the hosts and I asked them to correct it with Booking.com
