Positive: Views of the Tamar river where exceptional. The welcome pack, snacks and wine great. The prompt service by the caretaker after a small issue was amazing. Enjoyed the peaceful ambience and beauty. Was a very relaxing place to stay.

Positive: So comfortable and what a gorgeous outlook while we had our meals. The deck was super and I can imagine barbecues at the huge outdoor table would be awesome! Easy non contact checkin/out and the kitchen was extremely well equipped. Very comfortable beds and lovely hot showers.
Negative: Nothing! Loved it.

Positive: A gorgeous, cozy little cottage with every need catered for! Beautiful gardens and the most stunning views imaginable. We stayed only two nights and wished we could have been there for much longer.
Negative: Certainly not a complaint, but once you arrive it is difficult to tear yourself away to do anything else - just wanted to sit and look at the view all day. Which is, in fact, mostly what we did!

Positive: This place was a pleasant surprise. It was in excellent condition, well decorated and had everything we could possibly need. The landscaping was a treat and the view of the river was outstanding. The location was great for us as we explored Launceston and the surrounding area. If we are ever in this area again, then we will definitely try and stay here.
Negative: Nothing comes to mind.
