Positive: Modern apartment that was super clean with staff that went out of their way to ensure you had a good experience - particularly Eleanora. The availability of dinner in the restaurant was great and the pasta was superb.
Negative: Proximity to Catania meant an expensive cumulative taxi/uber bill after four nights as walking and public transport weren’t really an option. Unfortunately this was because there was absolutely no hotel availability in central Catania when we booked our break so obviously not down to the hotel. Breakfast was excellent although orange juice would be good as would crispier bacon! Our bed was a fold down and was seriously uncomfortable.
Summary: A great option for visiting Catania and local attractions if you have a car but expensive if you have to rely on taxis.

Positive: Wonderful staff nothing too much trouble. Delicious food for lunch and evening meal and breakfast. coffee wonderful they will make your eggs how you want . We stayed in a modern clean design apartment a spectacular view of Etna from a large balcony with all the facilities Inc coffee machine dish washer fridge freezer just wonderful watching clouds over Etna . Sleek hotel . We didn't have time to use pool. As it rained But we did have lunch in garden on first day. Would totally recommend

Negative: This is completely out of the hotels control, but the location and lack of public transport wasn't super ideal - we had to Uber/Taxi most places!

Positive: The staff was very attentive and helpful. They go the extra step to help their customers. The hotel had a calm and relaxed atmosphere. The breakfast was very good. The parking was very good. The neighborhood was very safe. The decor of Ollen is modern contemporary.
Negative: The grounds are well maintained. However the pool itself needed a little maintenance. The decking was a little loose. We had a Deluxe apartment. There was only one night table by our queen size bed.

Positive: Everything was simply perfect! The staff were attentive, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile, special thanks to Eleonora and Giuseppe for the assistance. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated and equipped with everything I needed. I especially appreciated the cozy bed and the quiet atmosphere. Breakfast was delicious, every bite felt like a treat!
