Summary: The breakfast was good, and the staff were helpful, but the facilities were dated and the hotel is like a maze.

Summary: This place was spotless with totally informed and trained staff. We stayed one night and breakfast was included. Breakfast was outstanding. No detail missed- exceptional service too. Highly recommend this hotel even if you stay just one night

Summary: I only gave four stars because the first room we were put in the bedroom was so small. You could hardly walk around it. We asked for a second room and it turned out to be a great room with plenty of space. The staff could not have been more accommodating, whether it was asking for a mini fridge or or extra towels. Breakfast was excellent. Overall, a very enjoyable stay.

Summary: Excellent all around! So friendly and I don’t speak German. The restaurant dinner was superb—service, ambience, food. Then the morning breakfast! Impossibly gorgeous spread and full of fresh and delicious choices.

Summary: The place was great other than the room smelled of wet dog. The breakfast was especially amazing. The low score for cleaning was not because it was dirty, just the smell we had and therefore had to air out the room.

Summary: Not worth the price of the room. The facility is abit old eg lift. The room is full of cooking smell from the kitchen or bar.

Summary: Everything was clean and nice, the only thing was there is construction at the adjacent property which started early at 7:00 AM.

Summary: Great place between airport and city with a wonderful breakfast buffet. The Sauna area in the new building was much more enjoyable than the other one which was mostly closed up. Unfortunately, no decent night lights light enough for reading in bed. Excellent service.
