Positive: Good location, clean, fairly quiet, reasonable price, dated.
Negative: Renovation going on upstairs, guys dropping drywall and scraps from second floor to a dumpster while my car was parked next to it without warning me. I had to get my car washed at my own expense.
Summary: Not the Taj Mahal, but would stay there again if in the area.

Positive: The room was very spacious and had a mini fridge /freezer and microwave in it. There was a vanity outside of the bathroom and one inside the bathroom. The water was hot and the bed was comfy.
Negative: They do not offer any breakfast and there is no swimming pool. But it was nice enough for the price.
Summary: Overall it was a pleasant stay over the fourth July holiday.

Positive: In fairness, although the room was extremely dated, it was clean. Having a fridge was handy as well.
Negative: I didn’t feel particularly safe being on a ground-floor unit; the front door opens right onto the parking lot and the curtains on the parking lot-facing window didn’t close completely so I felt a bit exposed. The shower offered roughly 10 seconds of warm water before a minute of (very) cold water and the hair dryer in the room probably died several years ago.
Summary: Very basic, should be priced at a lower price point for the value being offered.

Positive: Very presentable outward presentation, easy check in process once I got ahold of someone., and plenty of space for us. Very convenient parking lot space and location was close to everything we wanted to do in the area.
Negative: Extremely disappointed in lack of wifi connection. During this trip we needed to use the internet for business each day we were there, and when it was completely unavailable we had to go to a different location, IE the public library. When asking front desk about it, I felt as though I was bothering them and was told router would be reset. Bathroom definitely needs improvement. Toilet shook when sitting and standing up from it. Paint in tub near drain was chipped badly, bath mat provided for shower floor was sharp and painful to stand on. Shower was very upleasant to use, alternated between hot and cold too much, while in use. Online, it was said that location provided breakfast and laundry facilities, neither of which were true. Also, I placed a frozen ice cream in the top freezer portion of the provided mini fridge, it melted completely and I was unable to eat it.
Summary: Clean and presentable room and site, but lacking in comfort, convenience and bathroom safety.
