Positive: We had an amazing stay at this resort! The level of service is absolutely exceptional – from the front desk to every single staff member. The rooms and the entire hotel are spotlessly clean and constantly well-maintained.A huge thank you to the amazing bartenders, the kitchen staff, and the team keeping the pool and beach areas so tidy. Everyone works with a big smile and they quickly remembered our personal food and drink preferences!The pampering is in the smallest details: every time we left the room, we returned to find it beautifully cleaned with chocolates on the bed. On our last day, even after checking out, the hotel generously allowed us to keep using all the facilities and all-inclusive services. Simply perfect and highly recommended!

Positive: We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Olympic Lagoon Resort Paphos as a family with one child. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, everything was simply outstanding. The service was exceptional, the staff were genuinely warm, friendly, and always willing to help with a smile. Every team member made us feel welcome and valued. The facilities are excellent and very well maintained, offering something for everyone. The food was delicious throughout our stay, with a great variety and consistently high quality. Our room had a stunning view and exceeded our expectations in every way. What impressed us most was the attention to detail and the genuine hospitality shown by the entire team. It is rare to find a resort where everything comes together so perfectly. This was one of the best family vacations we have ever had, and we can confidently say that Olympic Lagoon Resort Paphos exceeded all our expectations. We will definitely be returning in the future. Highly recommended!

Negative: Unfortunately, despite booking a “side sea view” room, my room overlooked a car park. After contacting the hotel, they advised me that the room provided “matched the booked room category”. Not usually one to complain, however given the price paid to stay at the hotel and the distinct lack of a sea view, as well as the hotel’s response to my query, I’m unfortunately unable to give a 5* review.

Positive: Friendly staff and overall very nice atmosphere. Very nice experience overall.
Negative: The food selection could have been more versatile. Got a bit tired of the buffet food on day 4. Prefer also larger selection of berries. I prefer also going after drinks yourself instead of waiting.
Summary: Overall ok but had higher expectations taking into account the relatively expensive price.
