Positive: The receptionist was very welcoming and professional. Very helpful all the way through and patient. She made a big difference in terms of the. Arrival and overnight stay experience.
Negative: I had a room with no view. But that’s ok because I asked for a quiet room So I guess they did their best .

Positive: The location of the hotel and ease of parking. The hotel was immaculate and beautifully decorated. Loved the restaurant, the food, service and the views. The attention to detail with the welcome tea, towels and fruit in the room was a lovely touch.

Positive: This hotel is in the absolute center of the town in a perfect location. The hotel and restaurant sit on the cliff with incredible views! Our room was large and comfortable with a window and more beautiful views. A basket with delicious fruit was given to us and replenished the next day. Nice to have a parking spot in this crowded town. Easy location to drive around the valley during the day when the town is most crowded and return after the others leave. Lots of spots right out the door to shop and eat.
Negative: The bathroom was large, but there is only a bathtub, not a shower.
Summary: Beautiful hotel in the center of town with spectacular views!

Positive: The room was very comfortable and the view from the balcony was the best in the town.
Summary: Roussillon is great for a two night stay. We spent two weeks in France and this was definitely a highlight of our trip.

Positive: The location is superb. The room was very nice. Breakfast was served to the table vs a buffet, but it was plentiful and very good. The hosts offered to make a restaurant reservation for us in advance since the on site restaurant was closed that day.
Negative: Bear in mind that the parking is in the village parking lot. It's a few minutes walk. Not a problem if there are vacant spaces.
