Summary: John, the front desk clerk was a pleasure to work with. Hotel was in a great location in downtown Austin that made it easy to walk to many restaurants etc. only downside was parking. Hotel valet was expensive and the hotel does not have parking for guests, you’re at the mercy of parking lots and expensive parking garages.

Summary: Great choice to stay at the Omni. Walkable distance to nearly every place within downtown. Very friendly staff and ready to help and make your stay rememberable. We had an amazing experience and would certainly recommend and stay again

Summary: The hotel and hotel personnel is exceptional. Front desk,restaurant and bar crew are very friendly and helpful. The only negative thing we encounter was the bathroom mold smell in our room.

Summary: Everyone was so nice and attentive. Especially room service. We appreciated the hospitality by the whole staff including the bar. The food and drinks were delicious. Walking distance to everything including 6th street where we had so much fun

Summary: We enjoyed our stay and the location was perfect for walking to many interesting places. Two things they could have improved on: When we checked in we were given a card for a free drink for one person. There were two of us checking in and I thought they should have given us one for each of us. I even asked about it and they said, no it was only for one. Also, in the bathroom there was only a small tube of hand soap that you had to open and close. I asked about getting some different hand soap and was told that was all they had. I had to go to CVS and buy my own!
