Summary: Love it here but this location is showing its age and everything is sort of scaled back. The price is a little too much for what you get . Service is still impeccable.

Summary: Good stay. The first room we were given was dirty and not in good repair. They gave us a second room on a higher, recently renovated floor that was great. Not sure why they didn’t offer the good room first, but they moved us when I pointed out the dripping shower etc.

Summary: Excellent location for theater and museums. One block to the Broad and adjacent to MOCA. A couple of blocks to the Music Center and Disney Hall. Angels Flight adjacent which takes to yo Grand Central Market. Lots of food options I. Grsnd Plaxa which connects to the hotel.

Summary: Perfect place to stay to attend meeting nearby and then to visit the Broad across the road. I will definitely stay again because the location is absolutely great for visiting great art in LA. Charles was a gracious and welcoming face and makes guests feel so at home and welcome. Everyone we met, including hostess at restaurant this morning, was so warm and gracious. Thank you.

Summary: It was a great experience and the hotel was fantastic. From the front desk to valet, it was a great trip and would definitely be going back again.

Summary: It was great. Coffee in the morning restaurants nearby. Shuttle to Union station for bus to Dodger Stadium. Friendly and courteous staff to help. Nice seating areas outside in the back to enjoy the sunshine

Summary: The hotel was nice, service was great (especially Roberto) and location was perfect for us. My only issue was that complimentary coffee service in the lobby ended so early. I never saw it but understand it ended at either 7:30 or 8 am. I've never seen coffee service offered for such a short window.
