Summary: The resort was wonderful. Not a lot of food options and the area is kind of secluded but beautiful. The spa was great! However, we didn't know gratuity would be added into the price of our spa service at the end. The spa services alone were a little pricey. The water in the pool was warm, a perfect temp. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

Summary: We attended a Gala event at the Omni and decided to make a weekend of it because we love the property so much! BUT this stay exceeded my expectations and I will say it is 100% due to the amazing and attentive staff at this property! During our gala event my boyfriend started getting a debilitating migraine to the point he needed to leave the ceremony to close his eyes, Rae (not sure if I spelled that correctly, was our HERO! The store was closed and we were unable to purchase excedrin and I asked what options we had to try to get any kind of medication and she instantly sprung into action and had opened the store gotten us excedrin and espresso and charged it to our room so we didn’t have to worry, and a bellman was called to drive us to our room. After a nap in the cold comfy room, he was back to feeling himself and we were able to enjoy the rest of our evening! Jerry as well as the other Bellman were also just so outstanding, even in this intense heat! Always so friendly and willing to help or offer a cold bottle of water! We so look forward to our next stay, thank you for being a place of peace for us, always!
