Two decks, one balcony. Beautiful patio with heated pool and outdoor shower. Perfect for after a day at the beach. Breathtaking views of the ocean and bay. Reverse living with kitchen on the 3rd floor which has elevator access. Close proximity to the ocean, restaurants, shops, and amusement parks. Six off-street parking spots including two in garage, 6 beach badges, chairs, umbrellas, kites and boogie boards provided but not guaranteed. The heated pool is available Memorial Day - Sept 15. Tenants must sign a pool addendum. The elevator can only be used with owner's permission and signed addendum.
