If kayaking and canoeing are what you love then you are going to be very happy vacationing on Walden Pond. Access to Hancock Pond is available by canoe or kayak. No motor boats. This is a tranquil peaceful location for those wanting total privacy, quiet and relaxation.
The cottage is equipped with all you will need to enjoy a wonderful vacation: Three bedrooms, one with two full bunk beds, second with a double + twin bunk beds, a TV and the master, which is separated by an outside walkway has a queen bed and ½ bath, TV and air conditioning all overlooking the pond.

Main living area has a heat pump for air conditioning as well as heat, a TV and an electric heat fireplace nice comfortable seating overlooking the pond. There is an upper loft area over the living room that older kiddos love for sleeping. Throw down air mattresses and enjoy!
Off the living area is a glassed in porch overlooking the pond with bench table for eating at.
There is a new drilled well as well as a bottled water cooler for both hot and cold water.

A great dock system with canopy, 6 kayaks, (1 child, 5 adult), 2 canoes, paddle boat, paddle board, Sub Blue Battery operated water sport for zipping across or beneath the water (1 child, 1 adult, Beverage refrigerator, outdoor shower, Lobster pot + gas outdoor lobster pot, washer & dryer, snow cone machine and restaurant style popcorn maker.

The depth of the water at the dock is approximately 3’ Depth of the pond is about 44’, spring fed, and great bass fishing. Really, what more could you want ???
