Summary: I had a few complaints / concerns but management - Aylin reached out to me directly and invited for a coffee chat. She patiently listened to me and offered alternatives. Guys in the reception were awesome, whenever I needed information (bus, taxi, sightseeing) they were always there to help!

Summary: My fiancé and I stayed at On live Hotel to celebrate our anniversary, and it was such a nice and pleasurable experience from start to finish. The service was excellent—warm, attentive, and personal. The staff had clearly made many thoughtful preparations for our stay, and we received a lot of care, attention, and small surprises that made us feel truly special.
