LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! It doesn't get much better than this. No matter what you would like to spend your vacation doing, our home is just minutes to all of it! Although the home is in a peaceful and quiet setting, you are conveniently located to any of the Mount Washington Valley's attractions. There is also neighborhood hiking access to Mt. Stanton and a private association beach located on the Saco River.

AMENITIES, AMENITIES, AMENITIES! This beautiful and extremely bright home was completed in October of 2018. It is an open concept home that features natural pine cathedral ceilings, four bedrooms, three full baths, a finished daylight/walkout basement with a family room, granite kitchenette, 70” television, and an air hockey table. The hot tub is located on the ground level and is completely secluded. There is ample parking in the paved driveway, an indoor gas fireplace, and a 36’ oversized deck with a portion covered for shade.
The home has a fully equipped granite kitchen with an island and a built-in microwave. There is a Keurig Duo coffee maker, toaster, crock pot, and stainless-steel cookware set. The dining table has seating for six and there is additional seating for three at the island. In addition to a fully stocked kitchen, you will find most, if not all, of the staples necessary for cooking (spices, flour, sugar, salt, pepper, condiments, etc.)
The second-floor master bedroom has a king-sized bed with private full bath and large flat screen television. There are two first-floor bedrooms with another full bath. The first bedroom has a full-sized bed with a 40” flat screen television. The other bedroom has two twin beds. In addition, there is another bedroom on the ground floor with a queen-sized bed and another full bath. For rainy day fun, there are more than a dozen family board games in the closet. There are even indoor snowballs for summer snowball fights!
There is a Ring doorbell that monitors the driveway, front yard, and entry. There are no other cameras in or on the property.

Summary: Our family rented this beautiful house for our February vacation, and we couldn’t have been more pleased. The property was absolutely wonderful, and it was clear that the owner, Michelle, takes great pride in maintaining it. The house was spotless, and Michelle was incredibly organized and responsive throughout our stay. We truly appreciated the thoughtful little details, like a brand new sponge provided for the kitchen sink—it's those touches that made the experience stand out.Without a doubt, we would stay here again. Summary: We had a wonderful stay here. Kids were so impressed. We would definitely recommend and would love to come back. The entire place was clean and well appointed and it was nice to have basics like spices on hand. Nice touch. Kids really enjoyed the hot tub. Plow came early in the morning which was great. Beds were comfortable, kids loved air hockey, it was nice having overflow fridge. Convenience to Attitash mountain was exceptional. it wasn't busy road but was close to main road and especially convenient for runs back and forth. Michelle was an excellent communicator. Driveway was steep and snowy so we needed 4WD. Parking was easy with extra car since we had to stagger arrival. We also enjoyed sinner from the local spaghetti place. Highly recommend.

Summary: This rental was perfect for our family vacation. We had 6 adults and 2 kids with plenty of room for all. It was great having the 3 bathrooms as well as the 3 levels that allowed for some privacy. The rental was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. Loved the hot tub, cozy main room, and large deck with fire pit! Convenient location about 5 minutes from Story Land. Highly recommend!
