Summary: Great Stay ! Awesome location, greatLake access and fantastic fishing rightOff the bank and up and down BrushyCreek. The accommodations are clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed grilling of the big covered upper back porch over looking the lake. The owners are very accomidating and great people

Summary: I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the entry way. Once you unlock the door and open it the concrete floor had lots of bugs and the walls were very dirty. The stairs to go upstairs was carpet and smelled and extremely dirty. The place was smaller than expected but not a problem since it was just 3 of us. There were ants in one of the drawers and when my mom went to make coffee (which no coffee was provided only the maker) there was mold in the coffee maker. The toilet was dirty and the shower head is very old and needs to be replaced. There was no hair dryer or extra toilet paper. I did send a message to the owner about the toilet paper and hair dryer. They provided 2 rolls of toilet paper and the following day they provided a hair dryer. The listing states there is a hot tub however I could not find it. For the price that I paid for the 3 nights I was expecting the place to be cleaner since I did pay for a cleaning fee. I have never given a bad review before and I stay at a lot of VRBO's but I feel that future renters need to be aware.
