Summary: Joe, the homeowner, was easy to work with and quick to help when we locked ourselves out of the house. The home was very spacious and comfortable with great views of the waterway. Seeing the draw bridge open and close from the comfort of the home was a special treat. The ten minute walk to the beach was an easy stroll. The home was well furnished and in a quiet neighborhood. My family and I plan to stay at this home for our next trip to the beach.

Summary: This property is somewhat dated, but clean and comfortable. Watched fireworks from the living room window. Not as close to beach as others, but certainly doable. Host is friendly, helpful and inviting. Couldn’t find bath towels at first. A list of informative items would be helpful, such as location of important items like beach tags, bath towels and extra garbage bags, Beach Parking info, etc.

Summary: This was our first time to the area and Joseph's home made it a perfect trip! First of all, he's an excellent host and extremely responsive. The home is stocked with all the essentials and has lots of space for a family. It's also pet friendly which is a must for us! Being right on the water was so great, Joseph even had kayaks and other water toys for us to use. We even caught some crabs for dinner in his crab pots! It's just a short walk to the ocean and was just the perfect spot for us. Highly recommend!
