Positive: The area is beautiful and very quiet. Carole is lovely and can't do enough for you. Everything was clean and the apartment is very cosy. Like a home from home. Will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Positive: Well kitted out kitchen area with everything you needed Comfy bed and seating in lounge Clean sheets and towels provided during our stay Safe on road parking Quiet residential area In great location for cycling and walking Helpful and friendly hosts Good value for money Central heating kept it warm and cosy
Negative: Lounge area is a bit dark because of the lack of window in it (but we knew this before we booked) It would be better for us if the curtains in the bedroom were blackout curtains (morning daylight might not bother you though)

Positive: This apartment was ideal for us. The views from the elevated position were very appealing and although the property was located below the hosts own house we never felt that our privacy was compromised. However they were very helpful and responsive both before and during our stay. It was very adequate in size for a couple and very comfortable. We were particularly impressed by the exceptional cleanliness which is very important to us. Although the location was about 25 minutes walk from the centre of the town we did not find this to be a disadvantage and we actually enjoyed walking back up the hill through the pleasant urbanisation Bennarossa after dining in the town. Although we did not use it, the pool area was very nice and had we enjoyed slight warmer weather we would have made good use of it.
Summary: A most enjoyable stay in a very comfortable apartment which we have no hesitation in recommending

Positive: Fantastically equipped kitchen and bathroom. The hosts simply thought of everything. :) Very nice surroundings, the view is magnificent, the pool is first class (we did not use it in November).
Negative: The bed - 140 cm wide bed is simply not enough for two adults to sleep comfortably. I see that this is common in southern Spain, but this is too small... We read in some previous reviews that they smell musty. I assume that it is maybe more about the sewer, because when we started using the bathroom, the smell competely disappeared.

Positive: Nice location, high above town in a pretty neighborhood, popular with friendly expats. Use of a beautiful, clean swimming pool. Well equipped kitchen, with coffee, milk and oil provided. Comfortable bed, couch, shower, plenty of hot water and secure place to store our bicycles. Friendly, very helpful hosts!
Negative: For me, it was warm and it would have been nice to have air conditioning. The apartment has 2 windows with screens but the doors are not screened and it was hard to get a breeze inside with just the 2 windows open. Mosquitoes came in when we opened the doors for more airflow. Hosts were kind enough to bring us an additional fan (there are also 2 ceiling fans). Wifi worked great in the living room, not at all in the bedroom. Not a problem for us, but thought it was worth noting.
Summary: Well equipped, comfortable guest house high on a hill above town. Beautiful views from the pool area.
