Summary: An ideal place to stay in Exeter with everything you could possibly require for a comfortable and relaxing time. Great location for the town centre whilst being on a nice and quiet road with the bonus of a parking space. Would very happily stay here again when I next visit Exeter, it was perfect for me!

Summary: We enjoyed our stay very much. The flat is well well designed and an ideal size for 2 people, just lacking a dishwasher and shaving point. It has a lovely bathroom, bedroom and a good kitchen. It is ideally located for a short walk to the City Centre and Cathedral and onto the Quay. The off street parking is excellent and very convenient.

Summary: Great location, near to the city center, but far enough away to be quiet and peaceful. Well equipped, attractive and homely accommodation. Good communications from the owner Annalisa. She very promptly arranged of a replacement new washing machine to be installed when the old one failed.

Summary: very nice apartment, I stayed with my wife and 2 children. she has a sofa in the living room and she helped us. Very clean, and with everything you need. from towels to milk in the fridge. Very quiet neighbors, private parking space and close to EXeter FC stadium. many shops and restaurants just a few minutes walk.
