Summary: Super friendly considerate hosts that also provided privacy! Convenient location and very comfortable accommodations. Loved the instant hot water in the vintage tiled bathroom. Yo-yo the dog soothed my missing of my dogs. Would definitely return.

Summary: What a beautiful home with a totally seamless checkin process. A code at the door and motion activated lights leading down the hall right to the room door, with the key hanging up with a note with my name on it. The front door autolocks when entering or leaving. The front door lock has a motion activated light for the key pad when returning at night. Mike and Michelle are such a warm caring host and hostess. This will be my go to location for any stays in the Monrovia area. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Summary: Mike and Michelle are amazing hosts. It was our first Vrbo experience and this host made it completely comfortable. There were there when you had questions, but otherwise left us all the privacy in the world. It was super quiet all weekend. Monrovia is an amazing community. Walmart and food are close, and the neighborhood is amazing. We took an evening walk and spoke with many neighbors. Everyone was so polite. It’s in an amazing neighborhood with close access to Pasadena. We came to town for the H45 Halloween convention and it was a perfect stay. Way more economical than hotels. Private room, with private shower and shared access to laundry and kitchen, which we didn’t use. Their dog yo-yo is adorable! He will greet you as you come in if he’s not caged. We had a late flight in and was able to check in after 10pm without issue and without contact. The most important thing…. If you message Michelle, she usually responds in under 5min!!!! It really puts your mind to ease. Her and Mike were even able to help us calculate what time to leave as we didn’t know about Monday rush hour traffic in LA. Made it to the airport with time to spare. It was such a relaxing weekend.
