2 Bedroom Cottage in Pass Christian

Light and bright is this adorable, open floor plan cottage on renowned Second Street in beautiful Pass Christian and so convenient to everything you wish to indulge in. Generous sized front porch overlooks a beautiful oak tree. The front is protected by shade, and picket fenced yard. Enjoy rocking in the chairs while bird watching and take in the gulf breeze.
This home has been totally renovated, yet maintains all of its unique charm with beautiful original wood flooring throughout.
Our roomy kitchen is well equipped for the chef in the family. There's an extra wide granite counter with seating where the kids can enjoy their creative activities. Just off of the kitchen is a great screened porch with picnic table & string lights. This adjoins the single vehicle carport where there room to light up the weber grill.
Inside you'll find the primary suite has a comfortable queen bed with en-suite bathroom boasting double walk-in shower and dual sinks. Washer & dryer are conveniently located just outside the main bedroom.
The second bedrooms consists of two single bunk beds. And the second bath is only steps across the hall consisting of a full size bath tub with shower. Each bedroom has its' own TV for your guests.
Take in the afternoon breeze with the beautiful Live Oak trees to cool you off after you return from the beach. Completely fenced yard for the kiddos and even a front porch gate.
The pristine white, sandy beach is an easy walk; just a block away. You'll love the location. There are two parks in town; one with a splash pad. And it's a short 1 hour drive to New Orleans for a day trip. (Coming soon will be Amtrak with daily service to New Orleans)
The Mississippi Gulf Coast has a new Aquarium in Gulfport, less than 15 minutes away. Don't miss a trip to visit TrainTastic, also in Gulfport, for a fabulous museum experience. It's a must for children.
If you enjoy walking , dining and shopping, besides our own historic town, take a quick drive over to notable Bay St. Louis in 10 minutes or Ocean Springs in under 30 minutes. Plus there are many other nearby cities. The Gulf Coast offers an abundance of activities year round. If you care to charter a boat for fishing or take an excursion over to Ship Island; that's here too! Pass Christian is home to endless fun and charm.
Did I mention the sunrise & sunsets? Oh wow, they're some of the most beautiful ever seen!

Summary: property manager was very helpful. check in was easy .we were delighted with the house. we were not there except to sleep because we were busy with a family wedding.but felt like it was a place for a great family get a way. check out was a bit hectic because we were not there much at all and didn't read the checkout info. did everything but put towels in the dryer. loved it and would love to return!!!

Summary: We had a wonderful weekend stay in the cottage. It is much larger and spacious than we expected. The beds were comfortable and perfect for our group. We also loved the big front porch and screened in back porch for relaxing in the mornings. Carol was so friendly and accommodating! The location is easy access to the coast.

Summary: This cottage was charming, on a quiet street within a short walk to the beach. Because it is so clean and well-appointed, it is a perfect place for relaxing, visiting, and reading. We much appreciated that the kitchen was well-equipped with everything you could want to cook meals. Nice front porch and pretty trees in the front yard! We loved our stay!

Summary: My husband and I spent 4 nights here (October 2022) and were pleasantly surprised by this wonderful cottage. We've vacationed for over 20 years on the Miss Gulf Coast and this property far exceeds any other VRBO or AirB&B we've rented. Great kitchen and living area - definitely the place for a couple's retreat. Probably not ideal for little kids given the more upscale furniture and decor. Felt completely safe in the neighborhood; very little traffic on East Second St. XO/ro

Summary: We loved the house! It must have just been renovated. Everything was new and clean. Showers were new and wonderful! We had two adults, one teen and one 10 yr old. One block from the beach, could have walked it, but didn’t. Great location to drive to nearby parades in Biloxi and Gulfport. Cute fenced in yard. Loved the rocking chairs on the porch. It had everything we needed except one small suggestion would be that we couldn’t find a dish rag. There were plenty of new dish towels and all other towels and wash clothes but just didn’t see the dish washing rag. But there were detergent pods for the dishwasher and washing machine!! 😊 Loved it. Would stay there again. Recommend it to everyone.
