Summary: Staying at this property was an excellent experience. Robert, the property manager made the whole experience effortless and made us feel at home the entire time. He was available all hours to answer any questions and regularly checked in with us to make sure everything was okay. Overall a true 5* stay and would recommend to anyone who wants to stay at a fantastic home for a great price!

Summary: The owners communication was excellent. The house was as described. Bike paths throughout the complex were paved and easy to use. Two bikes were provided - we brought our own. There is only one TV - we missed having a TV in the bedroom. Overall it was a positive experience.

Summary: We truly enjoyed this property. We have rented for many years and this one is on the top of the list. Robert was always available and checked in on us frequently to see that all was okay. Wish we could have come earlier and stayed longer.

Summary: Thank you Bob and Pam for having such a wonderful home for us to enjoy! Your home is large, beautiful, very clean, in a great neighborhood and was more than we had hoped for. The minute we stepped in the door, we felt at home. There were so many things to do in Florence, and having a Safeway store just minutes away was a bonus. The neighborhood is absolutely beautiful and I felt very safe walking each day. The house has everything you need And want for a great vacation. The weather was heavenly.... 72° each day! We loved our stay in Florence. If I could rate this house 10 stars I would! If you’re looking for a wonderful place to stay, book this beautiful home! Thank you Bob for being so very helpful in answering any questions we had. You were awesome to work with. If any of you have the opportunity to rent this property, jump on it. You won’t be sorry! We are looking forward to being there again next year!

Summary: Overall our Christmas Get-Away experience at Robert and Pam's house was very good. We enjoyed the ample space in the house (5 of us) along with daily family activities of hiking, biking, escape room (Chandler), neighborhood walks, frisbee golf in the park (home version utilizing our own frisbee's and using trees/poles etc for targets), Robert responded quickly to any requests that we had and this was great because there is always something that does not go as planned. The only reason for the 4 rating on the listing vs. the actual was a situation with the community center use which we were not able to use due not staying 30 days in the house. Robert tried to get it straightened out right away but was ultimately unsuccessful. This unfortunate event was compensated for by providing other benefits for us and we are perfectly happy with the end result. I think this property is a great value if you are looking for something outside of the metro area to relax and enjoy the slower pace. Additionally, we found the neighbors to be very friendly as we walked around and were greeted warmly by everyone we saw. This property and host are a safe bet for all who are looking for a get-away in the Florence area!!

Summary: I usually go home for the holiday but this year I decided to have my family come here to Arizona. I needed more space than I had so I searched for a home that met our needs. I did not go wrong by choosing Roberts lovely home. It provide the space plus the comfort we were looking for and more. This was a home away from home, we did not want to leave. It was very clean and we had all the essentials provided for us. Robert was very attentive to any needs or concerns we had and also provide an informational booklet of activities around this beautiful community. We had the opportunity to explore the neighborhood and when we chose to stay in, we found the backyard to be beautiful and more than enough to suit our outside needs. The neighborhood is also extremely friendly and quiet, there was a small shopping center very close by that was very convenient to us. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay in this amazing home again. Thank you Robert and Pam for allowing us to momentarily feel like home for a family that lives far apart from each other. It was a real blessing. If you are looking for a a place to call home for a while or to even get in some golf(walking distance away) then this home is the place for you!
