Unique art home located close to the arts district, downtown, Texas Tech, UMC and Covenant Hospitals. You can be on campus within five minutes, and close proximity to I27 and Loop 289 will get you to plenty of great shopping, both fine and casual dining, and an abundance of neat coffee shops.
This rental experience is a fun art-filled space with a vibe that combines a bit of Mexico, Morocco and France. This property is perfect for a girls weekend, corporate retreat, dinner party & Tech games.
There are 4 bedroom, three baths, queen pop up mattress; sleeps 10. Can accommodate 12 with pop up mattress. 2 TV's w/cable channels. WiFi access. Large backyard deck, bountiful trees, landscaping and colorful night lighting. The kitchen is equipped with double ovens, large island, gas cook top, wine fridge, coffee maker and Keurig for a memorable cooking/dining experience.
Guests can play/enjoy the Baby Grand piano in the great room where many concerts have been held. Guests have access to the entire home along with the beautiful and spacious backyard complete with gas grill, propane heater, patio furniture, and backyard games. You wont want to miss taking a picture in front of our "almost famous" garage doors!

Summary: This was a last minute booking to go to a TTU graduation. The communication was little sluggish, but that could have been because the reservation was so close to the trip. Everything else was good, I'd recommend it for anyone looking for a interesting change from the norm. All my family are artist, so they really enjoyed getting to look and engage with the house.

Summary: Candace was fantastic to work with. The house is very cool. You could spend hours looking at all the decorations. The property is immaculate and has a great outdoor space to enjoy the great West Texas evenings. I highly recommend this property.

Summary: Don't hesitate to book this property! Our family stayed here for our daughters graduation from TTUHSC Nursing School. What an absolutely amazing property! It's such a great house with oodles of fun & eclectic decor all throughout the house. I think you could stay there a week plus and still not see everything. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to stay again when and if we have a need to be back in Lubbock. The entire house was very clean and we felt welcome as soon as we got there. Very well equipped kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms also well stocked with shampoo, bath wash, towels, clean linens. Thank you for the great stay, Candace!
