2 Bedroom Condo in St. Augustine, Saint Augustine

Newly redecorated luxury condo offering 2- bedrooms (new mattresses in both) and 2 baths on the first floor featuring a lovely private patio. It is located next to the King and Bear Golf course in a gated community of World Golf Village in St. Augustine, Florida. Located 20-25 minutes from the beach, 10 minutes from the Outlet Malls, only minutes away from 2 beautiful golf courses and too many historical sites to list. There is a lovely pool and hot tub located on site and the golf course and clubhouse bar/grill is within walking distance. There is also a new fitness center located near the amenity center which also has a large heated pool and separate children's pool area.
The dining room seats 8 with additional seating for 3 at the bar. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need to prepare and serve meals. There is a crockpot and blender for your use as well. A small Weber grilles located on the patio if outdoor cooking is more to your liking. All you need to provide is the food!
Each bedroom has a king size bed and the sofa folds out to provide a queen size bed in the living room. Six people can easily be accommodated here. There's also a new extra large washer and dryer combo in the condo for your use. There are flat screen HD tv's in both bedrooms and a 50 inch HD 4K tv in the living room. Each bedroom has a king size bed with brand new mattress and box springs sets added in January 2020. The beautiful private patio overlooks the woods and provides a wonderful place to sit and enjoy the tranquility or to entertain friends. This is a perfect location for a long weekend of golf or a longer stay for just relaxing and enjoying time away from home near the beaches and charming, historic Old St. Augustine. Summary: This was our 2nd stay at Cynthia’s unit and she is a good owner to deal with. The pools at Laterra and available facilities through the King & Bear community are well maintained. If you’re planning on heading to the beach, Crescent Beach is about 30 minutes away and easy to drive to.

Summary: Overall stay was very good. Living room was very comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed. Bedroom was comfortable and roomie. Bathroom was ok but shower was a little small and needed some attention. Tile needs attention. Cracked at the bottom and showing signs of black grout. Would have expected newer towels in bathroom. Overal the condo was very nice and we would return for another stay.?

Summary: Very nice place. Just outside the gate there are restaurants. There is a golf course across the road. Place was big & super clean. Loved it!! Would stay again for sure!

Summary: We spent a month at Cynthia’s place to relax and enjoy golf in the St. John’s area. The condo was clean, spacious and very well stocked with easy access to golf, shopping and activities in the area. The lockout portion of the unit was perfect for visiting family. The Lattera complex and pool is well maintained and offers a few different pool options, a fitness centre and easy access to golf at the World Golf Village. Looking forward to returning in 2025.
