Villa los Arcos is conveniently situated in the Mijas Costa area on the famous Costa del Sol (8 min drive from the beach, 25 min drive from Marbella or Malaga airport). It is a 10 bedroom (8 en-suite) luxurious mansion laid out over 3 floors. The villa features a private tennis court and two private swimming pools (heated indoor). From the Jacuzzi there are views of the sparkling Mediterranean ocean and the villa also has a private golf green. This villa has it all to make your holiday experience a memorable and enjoyable one.
Costa del Sol gets an average of 320 days of sunshine per year and is famous for its beautiful weather, beaches, golf courses and restaurants/nightlife. The spacious living area is equipped with modern conveniences, a bar, complimentary wireless internet and also has two 50” TVs. All bedrooms have a/c and some have a TV. There are ipod compatible music systems for the music lovers and tennis, table-tennis, basketball, badminton, football and 4 mountain bikes for the sports lovers. Mijas golf course is just a 5min drive away. The grounds of the villa include a large manicured garden, a putting green, BBQ and a variety of sun-loungers and seating areas. We provide a wide range of services including but not limited to a master chef, cleaning staff, masseuse, fully stocked bar with draft beer, airport transfers and excursions. This is truly a magnificent and unforgettable holiday.
The villa is rented as a whole with all its facilities. A floor plan of the villa can be found in the photos. Please note that external catering, confetti or stag/hen parties are not allowed.
Booking process
- Maximum of 15 adults
– We will ask for a EUR 1500 damage deposit that needs to be paid through the portal or directly to us.
– Check-in is at 4 pm
– Check-out is at 10 am
– Early check-in and late check-out is available at an extra cost of €68 per hour only if we do not have guests arriving/departing the same day. If this option is not available we can store your luggage (note we accept no liability). The early check-in and late check-out rules are non negotiable.
– Keys are electronic and you will be sent key codes after you have checked in all guests online and the lead guest has signed the electronic rental agreement.
Other things to note
– All utility bills, sports equipment, bbq gas, linen, towels and wifi is included in the rental price.
– The indoor pool can be heated to around 30 degrees per stay. The cost is €60 per day. Please note individual days cannot be selected its per full stay.
– We can email you a food menu from our master chef upon request.
– Please note beer, wine, spirits and mixers are already available at the villa (price list in the bar). This is charged per bottle opened on departure.
– All sports equipment is provided.
– All beds will be made with clean linen and each guest is given 3 towels upon arrival (small, medium, pool). These will not be changed/cleaned during your stay unless requested at an additional charge.
– Shower gel and soap is provided in the bathrooms.
– The villa is cleaned upon arrival. If you require further cleaning a full clean of the villa including changing of all linen and fresh towels is €595.
– There is fibre internet with speeds of up to 100 Mbs in some areas.
– High chairs and cots can be rented.
– There is an AUX cable and Bluetooth so you can connect your ipad, iphone, laptop to play music through the speakers in the lounge and bar.
– Lounge TV has over 6000 channels from all countries including all sports channels.

Summary: We had a family reunion of 18 people for 2 weeks, ages ranging from 2 to 67. Villa was perfect, easily accommodating 18 people for sleeping, eating and lots of activities. It has one indoor and two outdoor eating areas, each for over 20 people! Lovely view of ocean from villa. Mijas is centrally located between Malaga and Marbella, with beautiful beaches. We were able to park 5 cars; you do need to drive everywhere. Our host Sten responded very quickly to any questions or issues. Fabulous experience!

Summary: A lovely property which suited our multi generational family! Sten, our host, was amazing and was so helpful. We also had Heather, MasterChef come in on 3 evenings and cater for us and she was brilliant. Thoroughly recommend. Our family loved the pools, tennis courts, putting, table tennis and darts ... and the beer on tap! My husband also said that it was the best stocked kitchen he'd ever used on a self catering holiday ... praise indeed!

Summary: Stayed 3 nights for a 50th birthday. Mixed ages from 18 to 72 years. We had the most amazing time making memories. Sten was a brilliant host, villa had everything you could possibly need and more. Top tip, take a photo of the outside name of the villa for taxis as some confusion over the correct address. Also larger party get separate snalled buses as we did have to walk up hill with cases. Thank Sten for an unbelievable villa and memories i will treasure forever

Summary: Sten is the consummate host. High service levels. The house is large with high ceilings and has a great sense of space. The photos don’t do the house justice. There are numerous sitting areas for private 1 on 1s and larger group seating areas. 20 of us were there but it never felt crowded. You want for nothing in the kitchen or anywhere else. The outfitting has been thoroughly thought through. The house had been a home and it reflects this and you feel it is your home and not just somewhere to stay. It isn’t new and has some wear marks which you may need to look for, but they only add to the character of the house. Get Heather the chef in to cook (we did twice) and the masseur brothers are phenomenal as they are trained physiotherapists and you get a treatment at a great price. They did 8 of us one afternoon. Highly recommend it. We could not have been happier there. You won’t want to leave.

Summary: Excellent stay at Villa Los Arcos, which easily accommodated all 18 of us. Sports facilities and pool were just what we were looking for. Location quiet, but taxis easily available and we hired cars for convenience. Sten was excellent while we were there sorting out any issues promptly. Villa is an older property, but this adds to its charm

Summary: What an amazing Villa! We were a large group of friends celebrating a birthday and the facilities were just perfect for socialising, cooking, drinking and relaxing! Sten is the most amazing host, responding almost immediately to every question and booking all of our taxis! Views are incredible and if anything the Villa was even more special in real life than the pictures! Only wish we had longer. Thanks from all of us (Alex Edwards) booking

Summary: What can I say! Myself, girlfriend and 10 other couples arrived at the villa which was amazing. Sten met us on arrival and provided a full tour of the villa, had chilled beers on tap ready to start our holiday and was available at anytime for any question and support. The Villa it’s self is a great walk into town or a 10 min taxi that cost less than €10. The chef we had one night prepped the most amazing meal and the facilities from the 2 pools to the sports area and sound system for at night were like no Villa we have ever seen before. We can’t thank Sten enough for having us and we definitely want to return. We look to make this Villa our annual holiday home for repeat visits. A holiday to remember!

Summary: This villa is nicely located less than 30 mins from Malaga airport, and a 10 minute drive from the beach. The views are incredible as it is sat high up on a hill. There is so much space both indoors and out, and plenty of activities for kids and adults without having to leave the villa. Our host Sten was there on arrival and showed us around. Sten was incredibly helpful and would arrive in under 30 minutes if we had needed anything. We used the shopping service, which Sten had unpacked to the cupboards and fridge. The bar was well used! Great villa, will try to book this one again.
