Relax in this spacious, BEAUTIFULLY DECORATED, three-bedroom, two-bath home. Sleeps up to eight comfortably. Whether you need a place for family vacation, romantic getaway, business meeting/retreat, relocating to Las Vegas, a winter or summer getaway, military assignment, there is plenty of room for you to stretch out and unwind. This House has custom paint, high ceilings, and open floor plan. Master bedroom has KING BED. Ceiling fans in every room. Recessed dimmable lighting throughout. We are a great location for our servicemen who get temporarily assigned to CREECH AIR FORCE BASE -- only 35 miles traffic-free drive North on Highway 95 (See Map (F)); or NELLIS AIR FORCE BASE -- only 10 miles to the East (See Map (G)). Also only 12 miles from Red Rock Natural Reserve area to the west and 18 miles to Valley of Fire to the northeast.
Don't miss any of the comforts of your home. Relax in our comfortable open designed kitchen-family room-dining room and watch movies or your favorite shows on the 55 inch FLAT SCREEN HIGH DEF TV. We have
DirecTV with Unlimited DVR to record your favorite programs and sporting events. We also have an extensive DVD Library with Blu Tooth speakers for TV and MP3 players.
All beds have new mattresses and featherbed mattress covers for a cozy and comfortable rest. Master bedroom has KING BED with private access to hot tub and separate tub and shower. House has split floor plan, putting the Master Bedroom on the East side of the house separate from the 2nd and 3rd Bedrooms, which are on the West side. Second bedroom has QUEEN BED. Third bedroom has 2 TWIN BEDS ideal for children or adults. Second bathroom accommodates bedrooms on the West side.
If you love to GOLF, Los Prados Golf Course and Painted Desert are just around the corner. If you are the outdoors type and enjoy hiking and sightseeing, we are only 20 minutes to RED ROCK CANYON. Only 15 minutes from LAS VEGAS MOTOR SPEEDWAY. Very close to EDC venue. This home is also near MT. CHARLESTON for the skiing enthusiasts or snow/nature lovers.
Near many local casinos like the Santa Fe, Sun Coast, Cannery with movie theaters, bowling alleys, restaurants, and nightly entertainment. Then, of course, there is the Strip! We are only 20 minutes away from the FABULOUS LAS VEGAS STRIP.
Relax and unwind in the cozy family room with 52-inch Flat Screen HDTV, DVD player and butter soft leather sofa and overstuffed chair and ottoman. Cable TV also in each bedroom, VCR in master. We have a beautiful 8 FOOT OAK POOL TABLE and Pool Table Light in the large game room. We also have a lovely backyard with patio and lots of trees where you can barbecue or RELAX in the NEW 6-SEATER JACUZZI and watch the stars at night.
Our house is fully stocked with all kitchen utensils and appliances. Bathrooms are spacious with double sinks in each and plenty of towels for your use. We also have HIGH-SPEED WI-FI CABLE CONNECTION (bring your laptop.)
This home is ideally located in the northwest part of town near the mountains where it is peaceful and quiet and great views and near golf courses and Mt. Charleston, Lee Canyon is only 20 minutes away for hiking and skiing. Also nearby is Centennial Center with over 50 stores and restaurants (Wal-Mart, Sam's Club, Target, Baja Fresh, Red Robins, IHOP, Chili's and many more). There are also numerous stores right in the neighborhood (Albertsons, Smith's, Fresh & Easy, Starbucks, Papa Johns, Panda Express, Carl's Jr., McDonald's)
This house is moderately priced because we are a little farther out, but still close enough to everything to have lots of fun or just unwind and relax.

Summary: Our stay was amazing, the property was comfortable and had everything one would need away from home. I only wish the twin beds in the third room were comfortable and stable. That said. I would book this property again in a heart beat.

Summary: We came to stay and play softball for the weekend. This house was perfect location for us to get to the different locations we needed to get to. It was nice quiet area with convenient stores for shopping within driving distance. The house was perfect for privacy to relax and gather. It was very clean and the property managers were great to work with.

Summary: What an awesome house!! It was about 25 minutes from the strip - although there were other casinos close. The neighborhood was really quiet. We were able to use the garage - a very nice plus! The house was super clean, comfortable, and very homey. Beds were nice and there was even a nice gift basket left for us! There was a grocery store located about 2 minutes away and restaurants aplenty. Do not hesitate to stay - it was a great place!!

Summary: The pictures do not do this house justice. 10/10 would recommend! It’s away from the hustle and bustle in a cozy neighborhood that made for perfect relaxing nights! We will be staying here again on our upcoming trip the beginning of 2025.
