Positive: We had the double bed / double bath and private pool accommodation which was all massive with incredible views back over the sea and the Old Town beyond. It is located way up a mountain but there was a free shuttle bus service into the town main port area that runs regularly and is only a 10 minute trip, or 15 Euros in a taxi.. The whole facility was beautifully maintained and the food was excellent.

Negative: The hotel is beautiful but built on a very steep hillside that would be difficult to walk up from, or down to, the main road below, no matter how fit you are, but on-site the slope is not too bad with virtually all the rooms requiring access via several steps and no lifts.

Summary: The fabulous views and hotel quality outweigh any other negative issues.

Positive: Wow…what a beautiful modern hotel with magnificent views over Skiathos! The location was perfect. Remote, tranquil with the frequent options of the free mini bus making it ideal. The cleanliness of this hotel was fabulous! Staff - warm and welcoming. Hotel bar - selection and prices fab! The hotel was beyond our expectations and we will return!

Negative: Sunbeds, a few more needed please.

Positive: Good location. Nice view. Clean rooms. Reasonable breakfast.

Negative: Rooms and bathrooms require some renovation, and the manager told us that the hotel will be renovated before the next season. NB: The Booking.com website mentions "airport shuttle", but what is meant by this has remained a mystery to us. NB1: Poor sound insulation from the side of the entrance door.
