Semi detached house surrounded on three sides by a large lovely garden. with a barbecue.The house is set in a village of about 100 holiday houses. It is the ideal place for families as well as for people looking for relax and nature. The house can comfortably accommodate a family of 6 or two couples and two children. The area around is very green. The wonderful sandy beach of Geremeas can be reached on foot in only three minutes, along a path shadowed by trees which runs along a river with plenty of acquatic birds. It is very easy to get to the beach even for pushchairs, since it is a plain area.
The house has been recently restored and tastefully decorated. Two bikes are at our guests disposal for all the lenght of the stay. All equipment for the beach: sunumbrellas, beach chairs, beach beds, toys for children, beach rackets etc...are available. In the rear garden there is an open air shower with hot and cold water, a toilet, a washtub and a washing machine. Bed linen and towels can be rented. Electricity is paid at the end of the stay according to consumption. Wifi is available when requested in advance with the booking. We speak English fluently.

Summary: We (4 adults and one child) had a wonderful stay here. Large parts of the house were renovated just before our stay (July 2022), especially the living room and the terrace. All doors and windows have mosquito screens. The two bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. Behind the house is another shower, perfect for a little cool down in between or to get rid of the sand from the beach. Also the large garden is really nice. In the resort next door is also a small supermarket. The nearby beach can be reached on a walk in a maximum of 5 minutes. Communication with the host went smoothly via Whatsapp. Ada and her husband were available at all times and always super helpful and incredibly charming. Thank you both so much!

Summary: We stayed 10 days in this small house and we enjoyed our stay. I cooked almost everyday and i found the kitchen much more equipped than usual in a rental home, all tools were there. Plenty of food was at disposal and the owners bought us some more because we were arriving on a public holiday. A small supermarket is 3km away. And there is a restaurant 100m away if you don't want to cook There are also plenty of guides about the area, DVDs and music also, games for the kids... We were a family of four (children aged 4 and 6) and the house was very convenient for us, very quiet, few minutes walk away from the beach by a charming path. It is located in a closed condominium with an entry gate, which i did not care before arrival, but i found it very convenient on site: our children could go outside the garden and play "football" in the empty car park, no worry! Well, i recommend it to everyone, specially for family with kids.

Summary: The house is really beautiful! It contains everything that you may need! Rooms are very comfortable, clean and nice! The garden is marvelous! It was 5 minutes walking from the house to the beach, which was great! The beach is sandy and clean. We spent a lovely vacation in this place! We would advise it to everyone!

Summary: Weve spend two wonderful weeks in this house in Geremeas. The house is very nice and very well maintained with lots of amenities, the palm in the garden is fabulous, village is quiet and neat. Beach is really only 3 minutes walk in a eucalyptus forest. Owners are very pleasant and friendly. Make sure you rent a car for a whole stay as a nearest supermarket is in the next village, 5 minute drive. All in all its a great place for a family vacation when main objective is spending time on a beach with kids.

Summary: "It was a wonderful trip, very comfortable villa, we stay with pleasure in this house within month, amazing nature (small eucalyptus forest) around the villa. When you go to the beach you go through this forest and you fill a wonderful smell. The sandy beachis is near by, the see have unbelievable colour. Especially thanks for our owners."

Summary: "We had a lovely stay in Geremeas, which is ideal for families with young children (ours are four and 18 months). The house and garden are well set up for youngsters with a secure fence and gate and the beach is close at hand. Everything was very clean and the house was well equipped, though a high chair would be helpful. Having a hire car is pretty much essential and the directions to the house are brilliant. Ada was always on the end of the phone to offer help if you need it and there is plenty of local information in the house with advice on things from days out to where to buy food. The house is in a quiet location though there can be some noise at night from a nearby holiday park but we didn't hear it from the bedrooms and it didn't bother the children at all. All in all we had a great stay and would recommend the property to anyone thinking of going to Sardinia."
