Summary: Tried for weeks to get a hold of Onomo to organize my arrival airport pick up. They do not answer their phone, Whatsapp, email or Expedia chat message. Even my tour guide couldn't get a hold of anyone at the hotel. Very frustrating.

Summary: Great hotel, very safe and in a good location in Bamako. The staff is fantastic, so is the hotel restaurant.

Summary: Nice enough hotel, but the rooms are small and the bed it really high - liked the food, the pool and the gym and the room had a safe and fridge so I bought fruit and milk outside and kept them there. In the end it's a good hotel.
