Positive: One of the best experiences I ever had. Everything was exceptional. Beautiful room, excellent facilities and atmosphere, great food. Above all warm and friendly staff. Really enjoyed the Onsen both public and private. Wish had more days to spend. Highly recommend

Positive: Very friendly staff, delicious food and very relaxing and calm ambience! The room was as well very special for us und it was clean.
Negative: There were 4 young boys in the open Onsen which did not stick to the rules. All of them were wearing swimming shorts, but this didn’t bother me that much. What was more annoying is that one of them was having a mobile phone inside despite that cameras were prohibited. I should have mentioned it directly there at the SPA reception.
