Positive: * This is your typical 1 star (basic) hotel/hostel: budget-friendly, essential amenities, functional, and clean. * you got all the basics you really need - bed, private bathroom, and hot shower. * the room is very clean. 5 stars to the cleaning lady. * 24/7 reception. staff speaks english. * the price is good.

Negative: Hotel's location is average. It is located in Marzahn district of east Berlin. Most tourists' attractions are located in the west part of the city. So, you have a tram station 50 meters from the hotel. You need 30 minutes ride in a tram to get, for exaple, to Alexanderplatz in Berlin. Nothing really wrong with that. Just for your information.
