The basement apartment has a private separate outdoor entrance. It has 1 bedroom area with a full bed, desk with chairs and full private bathroom.
The living area has a couch that can combine into a bed, smart TV with Roku. The kitchen is more like a small kitchenette (not full). The area has a refrigerator, microwave, large oven for roasting chicken or baking, a flat top electric griddle for making pancakes and eggs or other flat top portable stove options. There is also a small coffeemaker and some small kitchen utensils.
We are the hosts and we live in the home on the top/main level. You have a completely private space to yourselves as a studio apartment to do as you please. There may be some light walking noises with my 5 year old daughter, but we are quiet and respectful. We have completely separate entrances and you have your private space downstairs.
There is no a/c in the basement. There are fans to keep cooler in July and August.
Parking is in front of the house next to the mailbox/street. This is a suburban residential quiet neighborhood.
No pets.

Summary: This was an amazing stay. The host was quick to respond and so sweet. The space was clean and bright. Though in a basement it was comfortable and cool for August and didnt feel closed in. I stayed a week and i think i heard then once the whole time. Very polite and would stay again

Summary: Because the house is meant to 4 people, it needs to have more cover sheet for 4 people instead just for 2 and more trash bags. However, it was good in general

Summary: In town for a party and this place was just what we needed. A nice, clean place to sleep. Great location. Much larger than you would think. Nothing too fancy, but the price was really good. We had a great stay.

Summary: This place is a bargain if you need a place to stay in this area. No frills, but priced appropriately. Bring your own paper plates, flatware and cups. Host was responsive and attentive. Pros: -Clean -Good Price -Location Cons: -No mirror over bathroom sink - Small parking spot that has your car sticking out and partially blocking residential road. I wouldn't bring my spouse here, but for me it was just fine.

Summary: Would highly recommend staying here. Owner is very relaxed with check in which was helpful with my crazy schedule and check in needs. I was travelling for a wedding so obviously late check in and late hours with early mornings were a must and this property was more than accommodating.
