This beautiful home is located in the sought after Eastward Look neighborhood! Enjoy a spacious, open layout with many attractions nearby! Just a short drive to Narragansetts pier area, containing plenty of shops, cafe's and eateries to explore! Best of all, you are just a short distance to Scarborough Beach, a favorite of many!
Narragansett is a beautiful beach town with something for everyone. With many family friendly beaches to choose from; Scarborough Beach, Narragansett Town Beach, Roger Wheeler State Beach, and Salty Brine State Beach, all a short drive away. The Block Island Ferry brings travelers to Block Island, Martha's Vineyard, and Nantucket, a lovely day trip to consider for your group. Grab lobsters off the boat in Galilee, or grab dinner and drinks in the port! There are plenty of entertainment options close by, and in Providence and Newport. Take a trip to Charleston or Westerly, to explore more of Rhode Island's beautiful beaches, history, and eclectic art instillations and galleries!
The upstairs includes 3 bedrooms, a kitchen, living room area, and one full bath. While the lower level has 2 bedrooms, a second full bath, and laundry room.
A spacious backyard, equipped with an outdoor shower and huge wrap-around deck. Enjoy a relaxed vacation with family and friends, grilling and playing games in the yard or exploring Rhode Island's many beaches and state parks.
**Bed sheets, bath towel sets, hand towels, kitchen towels, and bathmats will arrive in a big linen bag at your doorstep. The items are packaged in plastic to ensure that each renter is given a fresh set for their stay. This will mean making the beds, as I like to make sure that is understood as part of our efforts to put our renters' minds at ease regarding the cleanliness of the linens. Starter supplies are provided with each rental. Starter sets include at least: one roll of paper towels, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one dishwasher pod, one laundry pod, three trash bags, a new sponge, and small bars of hand soap in each bathroom. Guests will need to bring anything they'll need beyond those starter supplies.

Summary: 10 out of 10! The owners thought of everything. There were brand new pots and pans still in the shrink-wrap, brand new bowls perfect for chips, dips or to hold your car keys/sunglasses. Everything we were looking for in the kitchen, was there. We wanted for nothing! The fridge was big and clean, the stove and the grill worked perfectly, there was a ton of room to eat-in or outside. The deck is enormous and we spent most of our time out doors. The bedrooms were spacious and there was a ton of closet and dresser storage for our family of 5. We've made a tradition out of coming to the Scarborough Beach area every July and have never stayed in the same house twice. This house has changed that as we hope to book it again next year! Love this rental!

Summary: This is one of the nicest houses we've rented in Narragansett. Big kitchen. Huge deck. Nice neighborhood. Playground nearby. Wish it was a bit closer to the water, but definitely walkable. The one issue is the mattresses. All of the queen size beds are uncomfortable. I had called the property manager before making the reservation because I'd seen a complaint about them in a review. The property manager assured me that the beds were fine. Unfortunately we won't be staying here again.

Summary: A fun time to as had by all!! We stayed for a week and had friends and family stay with us. Everyone enjoyed their time at 55 Hope Lane. Memories were made and the beach is close enough to walk! The only thing to be careful of is that there are steep deck stairs that are impossible to block with a regular sized gate. Our almost 2 year old grandson made us very nervous. It would be great if there was a gate installed for little ones and pets.

Summary: Great space for our family - 3 adults, 4 kids & dog! Nice morning walks to Scarborough Beach, perfect neighborhood, close to everything. New deck at house is perfect for morning coffee. Plenty of space to call it "home" while vacationing in RI. Would definitely rent again. Few minor things & mgt was very responsive.

Summary: We loved the neighborhood and the easy walk to the beach. The property manager responded promptly to our concerns. The house itself needs some work. The deck has some boards that needs replacing and two of the bedrooms had mattress that were old and extremely uncomfortable. Also, the house was not completely clean when we checked in. We had to vacuum downstairs and mop the kitchen floor. With a little TLC this place would be great.
