Book, Wine & Sinker is the ideal family holiday escape located in the tranquil fishing village of Patonga Beach. The property is located a 2 minute walk from both the beach and Creek which is great for kids, families, water activities or simply relaxing in the sun with a good book or fishing line. We have provided 2 kayaks for use alog with childrens life jackets.
This beautiful property offers large living spaces to accomodate your whole family including fur babies! Inside and outside dining spaces. Kitchen area with gas stove and all you could ask for to cook up a feast for the family.
The back undercover and screened outdoor deck has a Weber BBQ and outdoor seating for 8 where you can watch the kids have a blast running around the backyard. Front deck with 2 seating areas to sit and watch the world pass by.
The property is disability friendly and offers great access as well as wide hallways and inclusive bathroom facilities.
