Spacious and homey 4 bedroom house with multiple living spaces, fully equipped kitchen, large dining table, and 2 newly-remodeled bathrooms. Beautiful outdoor area! In-ground POOL with fountains! HOT TUB! Basketball hoop, grill and fire pit! Ping pong table and board games! Quaint family-friendly Vancouver neighborhood. Right off of I-205, easy access to Portland and PDX airport.

Main living room in the center of the house has large sectional for extra sleeping, to gather and play games or to enjoy watching the sunrise over the pool deck!

The floor plan makes it easy to visit with friends while cooking from the fully equipped kitchen that has all the essentials necessary to make and serve a home cooked meal! Large dining table seats 8 and breakfast bar with 3 stools.
Outside Activities!!
Gorgeous outdoor in ground pool with fountains and slide . PLEASE NOTE pool is not to be accessed during winter months (no matter the weather) Pool open times vary. Typically we aim to have pool season by Memorial Day weekend and close after Labor Day weekend. Season can be shorter or longer depending on weather.
Regardless of season or plans to use the pool we will require a waver be signed prior to check - in.
Hot tub is open all year!! Backyard also has a basketball hoop, fire pit, large patio table and covered Barbecue area with a dual grill/smoker.
The ping pong table is located in the garage as well as Corn hole!
Down town Vancouver and Waterfront to the West, Columbia River Gorge hiking, trails and views to the East and right off the I-205 bridge into Portland!

Summary: The huge deep pool was the best! Diving board, water slide and lots of supplies floating items to play on. Basketball hoop and balls were available too. Hot tub was great but not hot enough at times. Great anyway. Ping pong table in the garage was nice. With corn hole as well. A wonderful fire pit. Bring your own wood though. Nice neighborhood but a bit noisy with hi way noise at times. Kitchen was well supplied. Did not have a waffle maker. Also sis not have kitchen towels, unless we just couldn’t find them. Plenty of room outside with large picnic table. Had a wonderful time and recommend for sure.

Summary: The house was very clean, and looked even better than the pictures. The air conditioner worked perfectly to keep us all cool in the heat. The kitchen was really well stocked, we had lots of extra blankets and even a fan. They had all the great streaming channels available including Hulu, HBO Max, Disney+. Lots of attention to detail, down to how they artistically folded their towels. The pool was definitely the highlight. My little son absolutely loved the waterslide. It would’ve been nice if the water was a little cleaner, even the pool guy mentioned that it looked a little cloudy but it is the end of summer so maybe that’s how it goes. And we could not figure out how to get the waterfall or the jets in the hot tub to work. But that did not stop us, we still had a great time and spent most of the time in the water. We would definitely stay again!

Summary: The layout of the home was great, two bedrooms near the master bedroom for younger kids, and a bedroom on the opposite side of the house for older kids with a bonus room next to it for them to hang out in. Our kids loved the pool and spent a lot of time in it. Easy and quick access to any local stores and restaurants.

Summary: The pool was great and the house was very nice and clean. Only a couple kitchen things were missing like measuring cups and a whisk. Lots of spices available in the kitchen, though. We had a blast at this house. And the ping pong table was super fun!

Summary: My nephew was getting married and I needed a place where my two adult children, brother, and elderly parents could stay. We were all coming into Vancouver from different states. This was the perfect place. Wonderful neighborhood, close to my sister, clean, comfortable and even came with a beautiful Christmas tree. Jamison was extremely helpful and patient, even with my first time renter questions, I definitely recommend this property. You will not be disappointed.

Summary: Our multigenerational family of my 91 year old mother to my 6 year old granddaughter stayed fir a long weekend to celebrate a family weekend. The home was perfect for a large group of people with two living spaces. The backyard was awesome with the pool, hot tub, basketball hoop, fire pit and bar-b-que. The host was super responsive to any questions and we hope to return when the weather is better and have fun in the pool!
