Summary: Belle et Passible is, in fact, beautiful, peaceful, and perfectly appointed for a large or multiple families. The property is impeccably maintained, inside and out, and has everything you need for a wonderful weekend at the lake!The house is a very short 5 min drive from downtown Charlevoix, and served our two families perfectly as a home base for the weekend.I would highly suggest a stay at this property if it is available to you!

Summary: We had a fabulous week long stay Beautiful views of Lake Charlevoix Large family gathering and we had plenty of room in the home and in the back yard and porch and lake shore Was able to use the boat lift for our speed boat and thus used it every day Loved the sandy beach for the grandkids and the fire pit for evening s’mores Easy access to golf courses and downtown and the public beaches on Lake Charlevoix and Michigan Did lots of dinners in the kitchen and used the bbq grill Love the large table on the back porch overlooking the lake

Summary: We had a magical time in Charlevoix at this beautiful home. We gathered with grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. The house was in impeccable condition. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we need to cook for a family. The views of Lake Charlevoix and the beautiful lawn and bocce ball pit were all just perfect. Carine our host was so helpful answering our questions and making recommendations for places to go. I highly recommend this vacation home!

Summary: Beautiful home & spectacular views! This home has everything you will need. The location is minutes to downtown Charlevoix. The communication with the owners was pleasant & timely. We had an amazing time!! We would definitely stay here again.

Summary: Finally a house that lives up to it’s advertised pictures! Our group was 2 families with 4 total kids, all under 4 years old. The house is set up perfect for 2-3 families. Plenty of bedrooms and privacy but 2 large common areas- including a huge basement for the kids to play. Our kids loved the HUGE back yard on the water and the giant sandbox. We all enjoyed the great firepit set up. Also nice that the house has a mooring ball set up for a boat to hook up. Thanks to our hosts for thinking through all the details when they redid the house. For anyone trying to decide this house vs. another one on Charlevioux- this is the one!

Summary: Our family came for a relaxing, fun week before a big college send-off. We were not disappointed. The house was really a Home that has been lovingly thought out with ease, comfort & fun! Plenty of room for our group that consisted of 3 adults & a bunch of teens. Kids loved the big yard to play games, swimming & rock finding. We rented a pontoon boat, which was too big to dock but easily tied to a mooring. Boat rented from Boyne Water Sports & it came with an easy to use clip for the buoy. The Friday Checkin was nice bc we could go to the Boyne Farmers Market Saturday morning…highly recommend! Set your week up with fresh food & flowers! Charlevoix has a farmers market Thursdays, not as big but still good. In between cruising the lake we went to Petoskey (shopped & ate lunch at Symons General Store) & Harbor Springs (lunch at Turkeys). Picked up pizza one night & hit the beach in Charlevoix to look for rocks & watch the sunset. It was a wonderful week with perfect weather & an amazing house. Everything was clean. Beds were comfy.
