Summary: Don’t put your book in as reserve, they charge you before you arrive, their system will charge you for one night and the other half either you pay fully on cash or the card they have on file. The only thing noticed is that things will look tidy clean but don’t let that deceive you, private parking is ofc first come first served (5 parking spots). Parking was a bit of an issue, just don’t park on the yellow line. In all honesty, it’s debatable on this hotel

Summary: The room was located a bit too close to the elevators and was a little noisy, but other than that is was a great room, all the staff we met were wonderful and it was a great experience.

Summary: Wonderful and professional customer service. The Opera House has been nicely restored, the rooms are small square footage but the very high ceilings make it feel bigger. There are small refrigerator and microwave units in the room. Be aware that it is close to a hospital and sirens abound. The surrounding neighborhood doesn’t seem safe to walk.

Summary: The hotel is clean and quiet. Very close to subway to reach downtown Manhattan. The amenities include breakfast and 24 hour of Coffee. And the parking is limited. Be mindful about the neighbourhood though.
