One block to the ocean and views of the bay 9 houses away, Bayview Park just steps away. Ideal for small children with fenced in swimming area with lifeguard on duty. Plus free concerts under new gazebo and playground with paddle board and wind surfing rentals.
Private backyard with large gas grill, picnic table with benches and teak sitting area. Outdoor enclosed shower with changing area. Great views of the beautiful sunset at the end of the street.

Summary: This property is better than advertised. Spacious, large kitchen, two family rooms so we could have sports on in one room and shows on in the other, but still feel connected through the open concept. Beautiful backyard and porch. Steps away from magnificent sunsets over the bay and three blocks from the beach. Its tucked in a quiet street. We couldn't have asked for a better place to make memories!

Summary: This is our first time visiting LBI and we had a fantastic experience. The weather was exceptional. House was clean and well appointed. We were able to walk to the end of the block to view the sunset on the bay. It was a short and easy 10 minute walk ( 4-5 blocks) to the ocean. Many things to do on the island once the sun goes down.

Summary: Home away from home! Beautifully, newly decorated, well supplied, very clean, and plenty of space for our “kids” & grandkids. The yard was great & the deck was perfect for morning coffee and a relaxing dinner. Mid-Island location, so close to everything. Bay beach was a short walk & the ocean was a few blocks. My 3 year old granddaughter & I walked there every day carrying a beach bag, chairs, & pails. We had such a great week in this LBI beach house!

Summary: The house looked very nice in the pictures, but it was even better in person. It was very clean, and the space was well used. It had a nice private backyard, and was located down a quiet street. We had 6 adults and 2 children, and felt like there was plenty of space. There was also a good amount of room to unpack our belongings without feeling cramped. The owners made themselves available for questions. We had a great experience.

Summary: Amazing house and very close to the beach. Great little block that's a minute walk to the Bayside. Awesome outdoor area on the deck as well below with a cool seating area. Great for families they don't need a huge house but don't want something small. Would totally stay here again!

Summary: My family (8 in all) loved our stay at this beach house- 4 bdrms so plenty of space, soothing beach decor, and it’s very well-kept. Bonus is the close proximity to a lovely bay beach if you have kids or are bringing a kayak or paddle board.

Summary: What a great house! Super clean and the owners go so far out of their way to make you feel welcome. My family and I rent in LBI every year but this house was the best value on the island. The house looks brand new and is about six houses from the bay. We have kids under 4 and it was a 5 minute walk to the "baby beach" and playground. Will definitely rent again!
