Summary: Good amenities but we were denied getting new towels twice during a 3 night stay. There are also no towels for use with the pool or hot tub so you have to use the two room towels for that as well, and won’t be able to have them washed. That’s a pretty poor experience.

Summary: The air conditioner was not working, I attempted to use it because I wanted to keep the room's atmosphere warmer, but I saw a note stating that the AC was out of service, that was inconvenient.

Summary: Very comfortable hotel in a quiet, safe neighborhood. There are several good restaurants nearby, and shopping is within walking distance. The hotel is near the ocean, making morning walks along the shore an imperative. I enjoyed my stay.

Summary: Everything about the hotel is good, except the free bicycle rent service. My bike chain came off, but I fixed it in 5 minutes. Bicycles there avaliable for rent are functional but broken. Like you can ride them but they are about to fall apart. I guess it can still last for 6 years.
