Positive: The room was modern and clean and there was a lot of space. The bed was good. The apartment kitchen and ironing tools were great. The parking hall was great. Everything went as agreed and nothing shady or weird people around. Totally OK place to stay.
Negative: There was no air conditioning in the room and there was hot and high humidity all the time. The location is great but very loud, we woke up in the middle of the night multiple times to train noises. The pillow were this as pancake. We thought there is a real reception in the hotel but there is not. The hotel is 100% self service. We had troubles finding the place since the hotel is with different name that we had booked online, that is very confusing. There is no any breakfast available in the hotel but near by is a mall for food and drinks. Why there was a glass wall to the shower? Not nice if travelling with relatives, colleagues or friends.

Positive: Room was great, spacious, a lot of light sources. Good location, just right near train station.
Negative: Cleaning person came just next day after my arrival, and hadn’t come till the rest of the stay. It would be great to do cleaning in the middle of stay. There were no big mirror, no such useful stuff as salt, pepper, sugar etc that visitors won’t bring from home or buy a whole pack

Positive: Located near a train station, tram line and shopping area, it’s a good location if you want to be in Zurich and save some money. Spacious with a good kitchen and decent amenities.
Negative: It was superficially cleaned and there were short black hairs and some pretty dirty spots. It just hadn’t been properly cleaned in a while. The sheets were a bit old and scratchy too. There is no concierge so I stored my luggage at Zurich HB because I wanted to be active on checkout day.
