Positive: Whilst this property is relatively basic it had everything that I needed for my son and myself. Everything worked perfectly well and the communication was fantastic throughout. The property was spotless and the location is absolutely superb. Instructions were perfect and we loved our stay here.

Negative: I knew what I needed before I went so very little to fault. My one gripe would be that the WiFi was very intermittent and hit and miss however as my 5g was very strong and I could share with my son this turned out not to be an issue

Positive: Perfect location for us as we were attending cricket at Old T Trafford, which was a less than 5 minutes walk from Accommodation. The apartment was spotless,modern, and comfortable. Everything you'd need for a longer stay too. We did have an issue with the TV. However, this was rectified as soon as we reported it.

Negative: Unfortunately there was some confusion when we arrived as email with full address of property and location of drop box etc didn't arrive till an hour after we had. This was perhaps the fault of Booking.com not the owner. I immediately contacted them and found the address etc.
