Positive: My stay at Orana was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we landed, the experience was seamless the close proximity to Eldoret Airport is a blessing. No traffic, just clean mountain air as you glide towards the palatial property. Even the entrance brings a smile to your face it's a grand welcome to what is truly a beautiful home. The term luxurious is often thrown around lightly when describing properties, but Orana is the real deal. This house redefines luxury. It’s a five-star oasis in Eldoret. All the bedrooms are ensuite, with bathrooms that are spacious and elegant. The bedrooms themselves are fit for royalty, complete with ample wardrobe space and tasteful décor that strikes the perfect balance between comfort and sophistication. The kitchen is immaculate large enough for three people to cook comfortably at once and fully equipped for group meals and laughter. But the absolute highlight of our stay was the garden and gazebo. We played music around the firepit, the kids ran freely on the lush grass, and we sipped the finest Japanese gin under the stars. Pure magic. What truly sets Orana apart, though, isn't just the grandeur of the property it's the incredible support staff who made our stay feel effortless. A huge thank you to David, who coordinated our arrival at Eldoret Airport and ensured that everything we needed was handled with care and efficiency. Nothing was too much for him. To Yvonne, who cooked the most delicious meals for our group over three days with grace and professionalism it was like watching a maestro at work. And to Esther, who kept the house spotless throughout our stay thank you for your quiet dedication. It was a truly wonderful experience. I’m already looking forward to being back in November.

Positive: The house is so beautiful it’s just as it appears on the pictures .located in the heart of Eldoret town and close yo everything . The house was sparkling clean , cozy , so spacious, and well decorated. Our host responded to us in a timely manner whenever we sent a message , he made sure we were comfortable and got all we needed . Here they focus on customer satisfaction!!! Next we visit kenya i will definitely stay in the same place .

Check-in was effortless, thanks to the warm welcome of the house manager and caretaker, who were always around to assist whenever needed - be it with grocery or other local information required. The property itself is beautifully designed and built, with incredible attention to detail in the decor, making it feel both stylish and homely. It was the perfect place for our family gathering, with 5 spacious ensuite rooms ensuring everyone was comfortable. Additionally, the generous garden space gave us plenty of room to walk and refresh, while the outdoor fireplace and BBQ facilities made for some memorable evenings together. Furthermore, the location was a huge plus, offering us easy access to Eldoret town centre while still feeling peaceful and private. Highly recommended for any group or family looking for a equipped, welcoming and beautifully maintained property.
Negative: Surrounding road is currently undergoing improvements but it's on course to be complete soon! We will definitely be back! Perfect palatial stay!

Positive: I have been to many AirBnB's due to work related travels in different countries, and I have not yet found a place with the ORANA Luxury Palace exceptional standards. Every room is so thoughtfully resourced, from the fully equipped spacious kitchen, the super comfortable lounge, the TV family lounge, the impeccably comfortable, spacious, and clean bedrooms offered us a relaxing time with my family. The gorgeous lawns outside offered my children an opportunity to play different outdoor games.
Negative: There is nothing I didn't like. I will definitely be staying there again.
