Positive: On the positive side, the room was very nice, the location was good, and the staff was helpful and friendly.

Negative: However, there were several important issues. There was no bathrobe in the room, the pool was very cold, and my feedback about this was not addressed. The food offered a wide variety, but the taste was not very good and, compared to other 5-star hotels in Belek, it was among the weakest. Additionally, there was no fully automatic coffee machine in the restaurant, which I would expect at this level. Based on my experience with other 5-star hotels, this hotel does not meet the standards of a true 5-star property.

Negative: Booking.com was not updated to reflect all closures of the low season. We spent there 9 days, it was boring. Common areas were not very clean, for example restroom by the lobby bar. Playground is not safe there, the slide is very rusty. A lot of things covered in plastic throughout the territory.. it was not a good sight.

Positive: Right on the beach, nice pier with sun loungers, comfy beds, nice food, good variety

Negative: Builders working nearby straight after the 5 am call to prayer. Restaurant gets very noisy at meal times, probably can’t be helped in school holidays, lots of screaming kids
