Positive: I have visited many hotel & resorts the level of this is luxury and comfortable it’s from the one that I think to visit in future Food : are various daily change in types not get bored making delicious Turkish local and Asian food ( fish many kinds + steak ) with many other dishes deserts are exceptional , there is man with cool box daily come to beach and gifts ice cream for free Hotel : are luxury has large area private pools and beach are sandy activity is good , aqua park , very clean hotel Stuff : they have amazing friendly stuff specially ( Ferdi + alyena + sema )

Negative: Parking spots are around hotel you can find places easily but sun covered spores are limited ,

Positive: On the positive side, the room was very nice, the location was good, and the staff was helpful and friendly.

Negative: However, there were several important issues. There was no bathrobe in the room, the pool was very cold, and my feedback about this was not addressed. The food offered a wide variety, but the taste was not very good and, compared to other 5-star hotels in Belek, it was among the weakest. Additionally, there was no fully automatic coffee machine in the restaurant, which I would expect at this level. Based on my experience with other 5-star hotels, this hotel does not meet the standards of a true 5-star property.

Negative: Booking.com was not updated to reflect all closures of the low season. We spent there 9 days, it was boring. Common areas were not very clean, for example restroom by the lobby bar. Playground is not safe there, the slide is very rusty. A lot of things covered in plastic throughout the territory.. it was not a good sight.
